The Washington County Grassland Bird Conservation Center (GBCC) is a 102,000 acre area critical to the survival of Short-eared Owls, Northern Harriers, American Kestrels, Bobolinks, Eastern Meadowlarks and other vanishing grassland birds in New York State. The Washington County GBCC is one of the largest remaining grasslands in NYS, enabling the survival of 11 of our most imperiled grassland birds, and over 100 other bird and animal species. Help protect these birds by donating today so that future generations will be able to see these birds flying free over NYS!
